By submitting your photo you are stating that you own the photograph and that it is original. Submission grants Haan Marketing+Communications and Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health the right to use the photograph for the 2013 community calendar without compensation. Haan Marketing+Communications and Franciscan St. Elizabeth Health reserve the right to reject and disqualify photographs that are deemed inappropriate or offensive. Photographers whose photos are selected for the 2013 calendar will be notified prior to publication and will receive photo credit within the calendar.
